Looking forward to seeing you all

Hello, dear family. We're so excited about seeing all of you next weekend. It's been much too long. I'm attaching some pix so you can see the little lives that have come into being since we saw some of you! I'm so looking forward to meeting the other new family members, too.

I don't know if the grapevine has passed this along yet, but my father is very ill in hospital right now with an acute attack of his myaesthenia gravis. His condition, we're told, is "recoverable" but very serious. We're hopeful that he will improve enough this week that I'll feel safe enough to leave this weekend, but I've been sharing round-the-clock visits with my stepmother and Pelee feels too far away and inaccessible if his situation is still very bad. So I just want to alert you to the possibility that we may have to come later than anticipated. But it is a beacon and I'm very much looking forward to it!

An Invitation for Everyone!

Come celebrate Ann & Scott's 35th wedding anniversary! On Tuesday, July 3rd, everyone is invited to the Pelee Island Winery for a tour followed by dinner. The tour is at 4pm, followed by dinner at 6pm. See you there!

Hi Everyone,

The four of us are very excited to see the Booth clan in just a couple of weeks. I think I can safely speak on behalf of mom/Cherry when I say that the very possibility of this gathering helped get us through the long Canadian winter and her cancer treatment.

I have no doubt that the young "cousins" will surpass us older cousins with their talent for parades and talent shows.

Sorry Daiga, this isn't exactly recent, but something that Frances sent me a few weeks ago... just to demonstrate that we've been in training for this parade for years.

Here is a photo of me.it was taken a few weeks ago at Margaret's. As you can see I have not changed very much. I have only gotten older and a few grey hairs.

It would be great for everyone to post photos of their families,etc., so we all can get to see what everyone looks like now. Ages, names, etc. would probably help as well :-). Also, has anyone else noticed a trend for the Booth Family Reunions? Pine Grove, Presquile, Pelee Island. Just noticed that today! Looking forward to seeing you all!
